Golden Grace Shipping & Return Policy
Whether you’re ordering from our Ear Candy Collection or our print-on-demand boutique, every item is made and delivered with care and intention.
📦 Processing Time
Ear Candy (Handmade Earrings)
Please allow 7–10 business days for your earrings to be crafted, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Apparel & Print Products (via Printify)
Each piece is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–10 business days after the order is placed.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:
• U.S. Orders: 2–10 business days (depending on the print provider and shipping method).
• International Orders: 10–30 business days (depending on destination and customs).
Some Printify partners offer Economy Shipping (4–8 business days) and Express Shipping (2–3 business days) within the U.S.
Please note: If your order includes both earrings and print-on-demand items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
💌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order! If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Earrings: Contact us within 3 days of delivery, with a picture of damaged earrings, and they can be replaced.
• Print or Apparel Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue when reaching out. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or correct the problem promptly.
💖 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:
• Handmade Earrings (Ear Candy): All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Apparel & Print Products: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Golden Grace is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but later lost or stolen.
If this occurs, please contact your local postal service to file a claim directly.
